The article, titled “Real Estate Big Driver for Jackson Walker Revenue Growth in 2015,” quotes firmwide managing partner Wade Cooper on the firm’s 3.3 percent revenue growth and 1.2 percent net income growth in 2015.

“It was a really good year. We were about 29 percent over our budget,” Wade Cooper told Texas Lawyer.

Wade Cooper said much of the gains were due to increased transactions, both large and small, in the firm’s real estate practice area, as well as increased work for the firm’s corporate practice that competes well nationally due to its low rate structure and lack of conflicts.

The article also chronicles other gains and milestones the firm accomplished in 2015, including its increase in overall number of lawyers, its office space reduction due to the Dallas office’s move to the KPMG Plaza at Hall Arts in October, and its success in attracting laterals to the firm.
