Jackson Walker’s forthcoming move to KPMG Plaza at Hall Arts was listed among the largest North Texas office leases of 2013 in a recently released ranking by the Dallas Business Journal.
In September 2013, the law firm signed an agreement to lease just over 104,000 square feet of space in the new office tower being built by Hall Financial Group in the heart of the Dallas Arts District. Jackson Walker expects to move its Dallas offices, including approximately 260 employees, into the new space in the fall of 2015.
It will be the first office move in 30 years for Jackson Walker’s Dallas office, which is currently located in the Bank of America Plaza building. The law firm will join international accounting firm KPMG and UMB Bank as major tenants in the new building. The new location will provide enhanced efficiencies and amenities for the firm’s clients and will place Jackson Walker at the center of one of the city’s most vibrant and exciting developments.
