October 16, 2023 | Speaking Engagements

Jackson Walker partner L. Suzan Kedron and Social Impact & Sustainability Manager Chad Cole are scheduled to present at the award-winning diversity & inclusion event, FutureCast 2023, on Friday, October 20, 2023. Additionally, Suzan will be honored with The Champion Award as an Inaugural Honoree.

Entitled “Evolution of D&I: Creation, Inclusivity, Belonging,” this panel discussion will cover the evolution of diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives, tracing their journey from inception to the development of more inclusive and belonging-centered approaches. Featuring legal industry leaders who have been instrumental in shaping D&I efforts, the discussion will revolve around their first-hand experiences and insight on the shift from a narrow focus on diversity and representation to fostering an atmosphere of inclusivity and belonging. They will explore the challenges and successes encountered while implementing D&I programs and emphasize the pivotal role of leadership and organizational culture in nurturing a strong sense of belonging.

Hosted by The FutureCast Foundation, FutureCast brings together diverse thought leaders from around the world to strategize solutions related to diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging in all industries and daily life.
