Listening Sessions for Overtime Rule Revisions

As part of the Department of Labor’s effort to revise the white collar overtime exemptions, it will hold public listening sessions across the country during the month of September. This may be the last chance to comment on the proposed rule, as it is expected to be issued in 2019.
