A seasoned corporate attorney, Michael brings extensive experience in corporate transactions, debt and equity financings, and other business-related matters. In his practice, Michael advises clients in connection with buyout and capital markets transactions across all industries. He also counsels startups and established businesses on capital raising, corporate structuring, and governance.

With a strong background in accounting, Michael provides a strategic financial perspective to complex transactions, leveraging his problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes.

Michael earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Mississippi State University and his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
