July 10, 2020 | Attorney News

During the 29th Annual LLCs, LPs and Partnerships conference, Jackson Walker partner Nate St. Clair will speak on a panel with Erreka Campbell (Apple, Inc.) and Skyla Banks (Amdocs) as they share ethical issues for fellow attorneys to consider in light of new advances in technology.

“As technology continues to evolve, so do the ethics surrounding our access to information,” Nate said. “This panel will cover some of the ethical issues that lawyers should be thinking about and what adjustments should be made when it comes to technology, including virtual client meetings, meta-cleaning, social media, and our obligation to save all correspondence with our clients.”
