Nate St. Clair Presents “Ethics of Technology in Law Practice” During LLCs, LPs and Partnerships Conference

July 24, 2020 | Speaking Engagements

During the 29th Annual LLCs, LPs and Partnerships conference, Jackson Walker partner Nate St. Clair spoke on a panel with Erreka Campbell (Apple, Inc.) and Skyla Banks (Amdocs) as they shared ethical issues for fellow attorneys to consider in light of new advances in technology.

Leading up to the conference, Nate said, “As technology continues to evolve, so do the ethics surrounding our access to information. This panel will cover some of the ethical issues that lawyers should be thinking about and what adjustments should be made when it comes to technology, including virtual client meetings, meta-cleaning, social media, and our obligation to save all correspondence with our clients.”
