Jackson Walker Represents Pacific Northern in Recapitalization Deal

Jackson Walker successfully represented Pacific Northern, Inc. in a recapitalization that involved Pacific Northern’s management and an investor group led by Barton Creek Equity Partners and Tuckerman Capital. Pacific Northern operates manufacturing facilities in China, and has sales activities in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Based in Carrollton, Texas, Pacific Northern designs and manufactures product displays and fixtures for the luxury retail industry. The recapitalization, which was announced on Oct. 1, 2013, will enable Pacific Northern to continue to improve and expand its services while the management team maintains significant ownership of the company.
