Established in 2010, Patexia is a leader in patent research and analysis. The annual Patent Intelligence Report, now in its sixth year, offers a comprehensive analysis of the patent prosecution landscape before the USPTO and the ranking of stakeholders involved. In this year’s report, Brian was ranked among the top 100 out of over 30,000 active patent attorneys and agents. Primarily focused on patent preparation and prosecution, Brian has authored over 1,000 patent applications and has managed the prosecution of over 2,500 patent applications.
