Cirrus Logic, a leader in low-power, high-precision mixed-signal processing solutions, has been listed among the top 300 U.S.-issued patent assignees for 2023 by the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO). This is the fourth time the company was included in the annual list of innovators.
A Jackson Walker team led by Brian K. Prewitt and including Temple Keller, Paige Welch, Andrea Thai, and Tori Emery assisted in obtaining 150 of Cirrus Logic’s 169 patents issued in 2023. In fact, since 2012, the team has had a hand in helping Cirrus Logic secure 852 granted U.S. patents and 368 foreign patents.
“Given Cirrus Logic’s exceptionally talented technical staff and top-notch internal legal team, it doesn’t surprise me that Cirrus Logic has climbed even higher on the Patent 300 list,” Brian said. “My Jackson Walker team and I are humbled to be a part of aiding Cirrus Logic in protecting their valuable intellectual property throughout the globe.”
