Jackson Walker counseled Cypress Growth Capital on the formation of its fourth royalty-based growth capital fund, CGC Royalty Investments IV, LP, which fully closed on May 5, 2021, with approximately $50 million in capital commitments.
Founded in 2010, Cypress Growth Capital is an alternative investment management firm based in Dallas. Cypress is the largest royalty-based growth capital investor in the U.S. with more than $100 million of capital under management. The firm focuses on royalty investments in software and technology-enabled services companies.
