Jackson Walker Represents Syntrio Solutions in Acquisition of North Texas Fiber-Optic Network

Jackson Walker is pleased to announce its representation of Syntrio Solutions, LLC in its acquisition of fiber-optic assets from Tri-County Electric Cooperative.

Syntrio, a provider of fiber-to-the-home internet services, acquired an approximately 250-mile fiber-optic network located in North Texas. The acquisition expands Syntrio’s network footprint across multiple counties and enhances system redundancy, supporting improved reliability and increased service capacity.

The transaction positions Syntrio to accelerate its fiber deployment strategy and deliver high-speed internet and advanced technology services to additional communities throughout the region.
