Biography
Claire Zurovec is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s Austin office. Her practice includes corporate governance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and investment-related matters.
Claire works with a range of clients, including private equity sponsors, startups, and institutional investors, assisting with the negotiation of formation documents, investment agreements, and other transactional documents. She also supports clients in connection with fund structuring and general corporate transactions.
