Established in 1982, the Immigration & Nationality Committee is a section of the State Bar of Texas dedicated to the study and education of legal professionals on current and proposed laws and policies pertaining to immigration and nationality. The committee also assesses the impact of these laws and policies on the public and makes recommendations for improvements to the State Bar Board of Directors.
