Biography
Sang Shin is an experienced immigration attorney with a demonstrated history of successfully representing clients in their immigration matters. Sang advises clients through various immigration applications, including but not limited to: L-1, H-1B, H-2B, TN, B-1/B-2, B-1 in lieu of H-1B, B-1 OCS, F-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, EADs, Advance Parole as well as PERM Labor Certification, I-140 Immigrant Petitions in the EB1, EB2 and EB3 categories along with Adjustment of Status and Naturalization. Sang also advises client through audits conducted by various government entities including I-9 Audits and review of LCA Public Access Files.
Labor & Employment Immigration
Sang has experience representing companies and employers of all sizes, across industries (small, mid-size, and multi-national corporations), in their employment-based immigration matters. He also provides advice to his clients on strategies to ensure that they effectively implement a compliant immigration program that withstands the highest level of scrutiny during government audits.
Investment Immigration
Sang possesses in-depth experience working with new and emerging start-up companies, international companies investing in the U.S. for the first time, and individual investors to handle immigration-related issues at all stages of their business’ life cycle. Navigating U.S. law is quite complex for companies and individuals investing in and entering the US for the first time. Sang works with his corporate and individual clients to guide them through the complex investment process, to ensure the immigration process is efficient for their business and meets their personal needs.
Sang’s broad-reaching experience with immigration processes helps him simplify and expedite complex immigration processes for his clients, and advise companies/investors on best practices with respect to immigration compliance and strategy for their workforce. With a service-oriented and holistic approach, Sang acts not only as an immigration attorney, but also as a true business partner, working toward his clients’ overall success.
