Based on interviews with more than 350 leading legal decision makers, BTI Consulting Group has named Jackson Walker among its list of intimidating opponents as named in its recently released report on the litigation outlook for 2022.

“These are the law firms top legal decision makers do not want to see on the other side of the table in litigation,” BTI President Michael B. Rynowecer stated in an announcement. The 39 law firms identified among the “Most Feared in Litigation” each demonstrate a fearless nature, urgency, relentlessness, and an aggressive strategy.

Ross Forbes Jr., chair of Jackson Walker’s Trial & Appellate Litigation practice, noted, “It’s an honor to see our litigation team recognized among some of the top firms around the nation. We pride ourselves on our track record of being prepared and getting results for our clients.”
