Amy specializes in representing clients in diverse corporate and commercial real estate transactions, including representing private equity sources in the structuring and drafting of real estate joint ventures for the acquisition and development of commercial real estate.

Amy obtained her B.S. from Indiana University and her J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law.
