Jackson Walker is pleased to welcome Brittani Wilmore Rollen as a senior counsel in the Fort Worth office. Joining the Trial & Appellate Litigation practice, Brittani brings a broad range of experience as an appellate and briefing attorney.
Brittani will represent midstream energy clients and other condemning authorities in litigation, including condemnation proceedings and trials. She will also provide support regarding general business litigation involving real estate, financial institution, and financial services disputes.
Peers selected Brittani to be named among Thomson Reutersâ Super Lawyers as a Texas Super Lawyer (2019-2021) and a Top Woman Attorney in Texas (2020). She has also been recognized among the 2021 âTop Attorneysâ lists for appellate law in Fort Worth Magazine and 360 West Magazine. Brittani was also rated as AV Preeminent and Distinguished on Martindale-Hubbell. In 2009, she was honored in YWCAâs Tribute to Women in Business, and she was elected to the Texas Bar Foundation as a fellow in 2010. That following year, she was selected to participate in Leading Edge, a division of Leadership Fort Worth aimed at strengthening emerging community leaders.

Having grown up in a small town in Texas, Brittani loves building relationships with people on a personal level. To her, family is everything, and she is deeply passionate about helping parents with children who have special needs. As the mother of a nonverbal son, Brittani worked with her husband to develop an alternative speaking device, named The Tiny Talker, to help their son and other nonverbal children learn to communicate their needs. She and her husband also co-wrote a book to help other families use the device.
In addition to her work managing The Tiny Talker, Brittani serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Tarrant County Bar Associationâs Womenâs Section, a director of the Tarrant County Bar Foundation, a director of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and a director of the Joubert Syndrome and Related Disorders Foundation.
She received her B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and her J.D. from Baylor Law School.
