Danny Nappier Joins Jackson Walker’s Energy Practice

Jackson Walker is pleased to announce that Danny Nappier has joined the Energy practice group as a partner in the Dallas office. Danny’s practice focuses on the development, acquisition, and divestiture of projects and assets, as well as other commercial transactions across the energy spectrum, including the upstream, midstream, downstream, and renewable sectors.

Danny brings to the firm a wealth of experience and a long track record of success in navigating some of the most complex and dynamic landscapes within the energy industry. Danny is recognized for his role in landmark transactions, including leading acquisitions and divestitures for major oil and gas companies and handling multibillion-dollar mergers.

Danny received his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
