Michelle advises clients on corporate venture capital and strategic investments, equity financings, public and private offerings, and mergers and acquisitions, bringing practical, deal-tested judgment to each engagement.
She regularly counsels corporate venture capital and strategic investors, investment funds, and other venture capital investors on investments, divestments, and portfolio company matters. Her work is deeply rooted in the innovation economy and touches a wide array of industries, including fintech, artificial intelligence, energy and renewables, insurtech, biotechnology, consumer products, and other disruptive technologies.

Michelle received her B.S., cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law.
