Biography
Adie Hobbs is an associate in Jackson Walkerβs Corporate & Securities group based in the Dallas office. Known for her energetic and personable approach, Adie excels at building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. She specializes in guiding companies, investors, and founders through all stages of the business lifecycle β from formation and corporate governance to venture and growth financings, mergers and acquisitions, and everyday commercial operations.
Before joining Jackson Walker as a full-time attorney, Adie gained valuable in-house entertainment experience at Live Nation, where she drafted, reviewed, and helped negotiate large-scale artist and venue touring agreements. Her background, combined with her internship summer clerkship at Jackson Walker, allows her to approach complex transactions with a collaborative, business-minded perspective, always aiming for efficient and effective results.
In addition to her legal expertise, Adie holds an M.S. in Biomedical Science from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a B.A. in Biological Sciences with a minor in Popular Music Studies from the University of Southern California. Her diverse academic background, combined with her practical experience and client-focus, makes her a trusted partner for clients across various sectors.
