Biography
Benjamin Schatz is a partner in the Business Immigration & Compliance section of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. He advises both businesses and individuals on a full spectrum of immigration matters, handling immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions across industries and client profiles. His practice is concentrated on assisting multinational companies, foreign investors, and entrepreneurs, in navigating immigration processes critical to their operations and growth.
He also maintains broad experience across other areas of immigration law, including family-based petitions, humanitarian matters, and cases involving unique or emerging legal questions. Ben counsels clients on a wide range of immigration matters, from routine filings to multifaceted cases requiring strategic planning and advocacy. His experience includes representing clients before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State.
