Ben’s practice includes handling both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions across a range of industries and client profiles, with a particular focus on helping multinational companies, foreign investors, and entrepreneurs navigate complex immigration processes essential to their operations and growth.
He provides guidance on matters ranging from routine filings to complex cases requiring detailed planning, coordination, and advocacy. His experience includes representing clients before U.S. government agencies and the U.S. Department of State, helping them address regulatory challenges and achieve their immigration objectives efficiently and effectively.

Ben received his J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law, along with both a B.B.A. and an M.P.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
