Beth Jenkins Pflomm

Biography

Beth Jenkins Pflomm is an attorney in the real estate group of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office, representing developers, owners, lenders and investors in real estate development, investment and financing transactions. Beth’s practice includes representing clients in connection with multi-family, office and retail purchase and sale transactions, from the drafting and negotiation of contracts to closing.

Prior to joining the Firm, Beth was an attorney in the real estate group of a large law firm, and she served as Senior Counsel in the Law Department of Texas Instruments, Incorporated, where she handled all aspects of complex real estate sales, acquisitions, and leasing, both within the United States and internationally. A number of these transactions involved complex environmental issues as well as the negotiation of the sale of equipment and other personal property.
