Biography
Lindsay Killeen is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Austin office focused on trial and appellate litigation and administrative law. Her practice concentrates on commercial litigation including energy litigation, litigating issues surrounding governmental/sovereign immunity, eminent domain, real estate litigation, and general business litigation.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Lindsay practiced at an environmental law firm based in Texas, where she handled multidistrict litigation arising from the February 2021 winter storm, assisted in the defense of large-scale claims arising from Hurricane Harvey, and represented water supply corporations in litigation regarding corporate governance, real estate transactions, and member representative/derivative suits.
Lindsay previously served as a clerk for the Honorable Aurora Martinez Jones and was a member of the Advanced Litigation Clinic at the University of Texas School of Law.
