Biography
Luke Bohmfalk is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Austin office whose practice focuses on real estate joint ventures, private mergers and acquisitions, secondary transactions, and general corporate matters.
Luke represents capital partners and sponsors in joint ventures across commercial asset classes, including industrial, data center, mixed-use, and multifamily properties. He negotiates joint distribution waterfalls, major decision rights, buy-sell and other exit rights, and related governance terms.
Luke advises private equity sponsors, private equity-backed businesses, and founder-owned companies in M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side. He also represents buyers and sellers in high-volume secondary transactions involving portfolios of limited partnership interests, as well as institutional investors in their alternative asset investments.
Luke counsels companies on a broad range of general corporate matters, including entity formation, equity issuances, and securities offerings.
Luke is a Certified Public Accountant and, before joining Jackson Walker, was a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte.
