Biography

Luke Bohmfalk is an attorney in Jackson Walker’s Austin office whose practice focuses on private equity, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and alternative asset investments. Luke works with a broad range of clients including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, startups, and both buyers and sellers in private M&A transactions. Luke also represents institutional investors, including state pension plans, funds of funds and university endowments, with their investments in alternative assets.

Luke is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Jackson Walker, he worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte.
