Biography
Maggie Lu is an attorney in the Real Estate practice of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. She offers experience representing banks, mortgage companies, and brokers in the preparation and review of lending documents for real estate loans, commercial real estate acquisitions, commercial lines of credit, and construction loans. Maggie also handles entity formation and related corporate governance matters. In addition, she assists clients in leasehold agreements and ensures regulatory compliance related to residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Maggie practiced at a small Texas law firm serving the finance and mortgage lending industries.
