Biography
Treeman Baker is an associate in the Real Estate section of Jackson Walker’s Austin office. He represents purchasers, sellers, owners, developers, and lenders in the structuring, documentation, closing, and required due diligence of commercial real estate and lending transactions. His acquisition experience includes the representation of buyers and sellers in transactions involving both developed and undeveloped real property. His lending experience includes the representation of financial institutions for commercial real estate acquisition, development, construction (both syndicated and otherwise), and term loans as well as guidance and borrowing base lines of credit to builders.
