In Memoriam

Our friend and colleague Michael Wood passed away on November 17, 2025. Michael served as chair of the Firm’s Houston Corporate & Securities practice group and was a certified mediator with over 100 commercial mediations. In addition to his years in private practice, Michael served as the senior vice president and chief executive officer of Azurix, a water resources company. We send our most sincere condolences to his family and friends.
