Jackson Walker Represents WCF Development in $24 Million Refinancing

Jackson Walker successfully represented Houston-based WCF Development LLC in a complex $24 million refinancing and partnership agreement involving the Almeda Mall. The transaction closed on March 20, 2014.

WCF Development is a privately held real estate investment and development firm that focuses on the acquisition and development of commercial assets. WCF Development purchased the Almeda Mall in 2007 and has since completely redeveloped the property.
