Biography
Brandon Flowers is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s Austin office, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital work. Brandon serves as a trusted advisor to startups guiding clients from company formation through seed and late stage financings to successful exits. Brandon also represents venture capital firms, institutional investors, and private equity platforms as investor counsel in variety of private placements.
In addition to venture capital and emerging capital work, his experience spans public securities offerings and filings, complex M&A transactions, and fund formation. Brandon’s M&A experience includes representing both buyers and sellers, navigating due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations private fund formations, while his fund formation practice focuses on advising fund sponsors helping structure and launch investment vehicles that align with their strategic objectives.
Brandon also serves as member of the Dean’s Counsel Executive Committee for the Oklahoma State University Spear’s School of Business.
