Jackson Walker LLP successfully represented Dallas-based Questcare Medical Services, PA and QRx Medical Management, LLC, in their recent sale to Envision Healthcare Holdings, Inc. for approximately $135 million. The transaction was completed in December 2015.
Questcare is a physician-owned and operated provider group founded in 1996 that has grown into a multi-specialty practice operating at more than 50 facilities in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. QRx Medical Management, LLC is an affiliated a management services organization.
