Neill Fuquay Selected for Leadership Arts Institute’s Dallas Class

Jackson Walker congratulates Dallas partner Neill Fuquay on his acceptance into the Leadership Arts Institute’s Dallas Class of 2026–2027.

Founded in 1989 by the Business Council for the Arts, the Leadership Arts Institute develops nonprofit arts leadership skills, supports professional growth, and connects leaders across industries to strengthen North Texas arts and cultural organizations.

Through the program, participants engage with experienced speakers, explore the management and history of local arts organizations, and apply their learning through a hands-on class project.

Neill joins a growing group of Jackson Walker attorneys who have participated in the Leadership Arts Institute, including Lindsey Marsh Brown, Meredith S. Tavallaee, S. Brad Brown, Chris R. Bankler, Alden S. Crow, Mario Perez Dolan, Larry E. Glasgow, L. Suzan Kedron, and Virginia Alverson Mimmack.

Meet Neill

Neill Fuquay focuses on commercial real estate and corporate transactions, with comprehensive expertise in the acquisition, financing, leasing, operation, and sale of commercial real estate, particularly multifamily, industrial, and office properties. He primarily represents equity investors and sponsors in structuring real estate joint ventures, and he also represents borrowers in real estate loans, including modifications and workouts. Over his career, he has represented equity investors and sponsors with respect to more than 100 real estate investments involving billions of dollars of invested capital.
