Sue Ayers Presents at Comal County Bar Association CLE Program

February 15, 2024 | Speaking Engagements

Austin partner Susan Dillon Ayers led a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) session for members of the Comal County Bar Association today.

The session, titled “Making & Responding to Objections at Trial: Playing Offense & Defense & Preservation of Error,” will draw insights from a real-life, two-week long contested case hearing at the State Office of Administrative Hearings. Sue will offer valuable guidance on offensive and defensive strategies, along with tips for error preservation. The presentation aims to provide lawyers with a comprehensive understanding of the nuances involved in objections at trial, as well as practical strategies to avoid errors.
