David Moran Elected to the Jesuit Foundation’s Board of Trustees

David Moran, a partner in our Dallas office, has been elected to the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

The Jesuit Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports the mission of the school. The Foundation’s main objectives include attracting, receiving, stewarding, investing, managing and expanding gifts given for the benefit of Jesuit. The Board of Trustees for the Foundation is comprised of civic and business leaders who are committed to furthering the mission of Jesuit and its programs.

David is a trial lawyer with 30 years’ experience in the courtroom and a track record of achieving results for clients. His national practice is wide ranging, including business, tort, antitrust, aviation, class action, defamation, securities, insurance, and intellectual property. Additionally, David regularly handles appeals. He is also the managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office. David received his B.B.A. degree, with honors, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.
