Jackson Walker partners Tim Davis and Bethany Pickett Shah were featured in The Am Law Litigation Daily’s “Litigators of the Week” as runners-up for their work representing the Keller Independent School District.  

Leading the Jackson Walker team, Tim and Bethany obtained a victory for the district and its Board of Trustees in a lawsuit challenging the at-large system for electing school board members.

Along with Tim and Bethany, the team included senior counsel Adam Aston and associates Allison Allman, Ali Williams, and Cooper Bradbury.
