Jackson Walker is pleased to announce that Roderick O. Faulk has been appointed to the Board of Directors of San Antonio Sports, the city’s leading sports nonprofit.

“I’m honored to join the San Antonio Sports Board of Directors,” said Roderick. “Sport has the power to bring people together, improve health, and open doors for kids across our city. I look forward to working with fellow board members to expand programs across San Antonio.”

As a member of the Board, Roderick will help guide initiatives that promote active lifestyles, elevate San Antonio’s reputation as a premier destination for athletic events, and ensure that programming is accessible to diverse neighborhoods and families across the community.

Roderick O. Faulk is an attorney in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s San Antonio office. Roderick partners with individuals and institutions in the areas of real estate, technology, fintech, open-source software, and life sciences to handle a variety of matters, including corporate formation and structuring, business strategy, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property.
