Jackson Walker successfully represented Dedienne Multiplasturgy Group and its US subsidiary (Met2Plastic, LLC) in the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Met Plastics, Inc. The transaction closed on December 31, 2015.

Operating since 1947, Dedienne is a world-class, innovative plastic and composites processor that employs over 400 people, with plants in France and in Romania, and sales offices in the UK and Germany. Met Plastics, Inc. (now called Met2Plastic, LLC) is a premier custom injection molder and mold builder based in Elk Grove Village, IL. For both companies, the acquisition provides a transatlantic reach.
