Jackson Walker successfully represented Tabernus, LLC and Tabernus Europe Limited in the sale of all of their outstanding equity interests to Regenersis Plc., a U.K.-based global provider of diagnostics, repair and data erasure services to the consumer electronics industry.
Tabernus is the market leader in data erasure software in the U.S. In addition to its numerous accreditations from NATO, the U.S. Department of Defense and CESG, Tabernus counts many of the world’s most innovative technology, finance and retail brands as global customers.
