In addition to leading the Antitrust team and Jackson Walker’s Pro Bono Committee, Edwin helps clients navigate antitrust, class action, trade secret, fraud, internal investigations, and other complex and sensitive disputes across the nation. He has established himself in the field of antitrust and was named to the Council for the Texas State Bar Association Antitrust and Business Litigation Section. David Moran’s wide-ranging, national practice focuses on antitrust, aviation, business, class actions, defamation, insurance, and a variety of commercial matters. David is serving as the Special Master in Texas et al. v. Google LLC, a massive federal and state antitrust and DTPA action brought by 19 states arising out of Google’s digital display advertising. U.S. District Judge Sean D. Jordan appointed David to assist with and resolve discovery issues and disputes in that important and complex action. David has been recognized among The Best Lawyers in America since 2012, as a “Texas Super Lawyer” since 2005, among the “Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America” since 2023.
