Meet Shari

Shari Mao is an attorney in Jackson Walker’s San Antonio office who advises entrepreneurs, privately held companies, and government agencies on corporate matters across the business life cycle—from formation and governance to financing, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures. A former business owner, she negotiates corporate, technology and operations, financing, and purchase-and-sale agreements with a practical focus on achieving client goals, and she has supported government agencies in information technology outsourcing procurements.
