Neill focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate and corporate transactions, offering comprehensive expertise in the acquisition, financing, leasing, operation, and sale of commercial real estate and indirect ownership interests therein, with a particular focus on multifamily, industrial, and office properties.

Neill has extensive experience representing equity sources in the structuring and drafting of real estate joint ventures for the acquisition and development of commercial real estate, as well as representing borrowers with respect to real estate loans, including loan modifications and workouts.

Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Neill was a shareholder at a boutique law firm in Dallas, practicing primarily in the real estate and corporate sections.

Neill received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Virginia and his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Texas School of Law.
