Thad Armstrong Elected to American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Jackson Walker proudly congratulates Thad Armstrong on his election as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). Admission to ACREL is by invitation only and follows a rigorous screening process that selects preeminent commercial real estate lawyers who have demonstrated outstanding legal ability, experience, and the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.

Founded in 1978, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers is the nationโ€™s premier association of commercial real estate attorneys, dedicated to service to clients, colleagues, and the profession. Membership is limited to distinguished lawyers who have been recognized for their contributions to the practice of real estate law. Fellows of the College participate in initiatives to improve real estate law and practice, develop educational resources, and engage in law reform efforts.

With his election to ACREL, Thad joins Jackson Walker partners Vytas A. Petrulis, Kurt D. Nondorf, and Lewis S. Kasner as a Fellow of the College.

Meet Thad

Thad Armstrong is a board-certified commercial real estate attorney who advises and represents buyers and sellers, owners and developers, landlords and tenants, and sublandlords and subtenants in all facets of real estate, development, construction, leasing, and subleasing transactions. He also provides counsel for lenders and borrowers in foreclosures and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure.
