In his more than 30 years of practice, he has handled multiple nine-figure office acquisitions and sales and has represented both tenants and landlords in several leases of greater than 400,000 square feet. For over 35 years, Bruce has represented financial institutions, corporations, and other business entities in workout/restructure efforts, chapter bankruptcy proceedings, and litigation.
