Voice of the Defense Bar Spotlights Jackson Walker Win

A Jackson Walker victory on behalf of Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Stewart Title Company was recently featured in The Voice, a newsletter published by DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar.

The feature titled “And the Defense Wins,” in the July 30, 2014, edition of The Voice highlighted Jackson Walker’s successful defense of Stewart Title in a case seeking as much as $2 million for alleged breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, and Texas Insurance Code claims.
