“Best Practices for Virtual ADR Proceedings”

July 20, 2020 | Webinars

The Texas Chapter of the North American Branch proudly presents this webinar for the NAB on Best Practices in Virtual ADR Proceedings. The webinar will provide attendees access to the experiences and suggestions of three very distinguished and seasoned veterans of arbitration and mediation, Hon. Elizabeth Ray, Gary McGowan, and Hon. Richard Faulkner. Lionel Schooler, Houston partner and Chair of the Texas Chapter, will serve as moderator.

In this new era of remote interaction, the Panelists will discuss important and emerging issues for practitioners and neutrals to consider when participating in a virtual ADR proceeding, and will also discuss ethical challenges confronting participants, together with guidance on practices to adopt or avoid in conducting such proceedings.

This program is presented by the Texas Chapter of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – North America Branch, with the supporting sponsorship of the Jackson Walker.
