Biography
Alejandra “Ali” Siller is a finance attorney in Jackson Walker’s Dallas office who focuses on helping lenders, borrowers, and investors close complex financing transactions with confidence. Ali advises clients across the financial spectrum from national and regional commercial banks, community banks, credit unions, and insurance companies to non-depository lenders, debt funds, private equity investors, and real estate companies. Her cross-industry experience spanning real estate, technology, consumer products, healthcare, and manufacturing allows her to deliver practical counsel tailored to each client’s business objectives. She is a native Spanish speaker, enabling her to serve a diverse client base and navigate multi-jurisdictional matters with ease.
Ali’s transactional practice covers the full range of commercial lending. She represents both lenders and borrowers through every stage of a transaction from real estate construction, bridge, and permanent loan financings to asset-based credit facilities, syndicated credit arrangements, and private equity fund financings. Her experience includes multi-property real estate portfolios, IP-secured commercial facilities, subscription lines of credit, and cross-jurisdictional joint venture structures.
Before joining Jackson Walker, Ali was a banking and commercial finance associate at a large U.S.-based law firm, where she worked closely with lenders, borrowers, opposing counsel, and escrow agents on a variety of financing transactions.
