Biography
Alex Leseney represents clients in high-stakes disputes at all stages of litigation. He is a focused and thorough litigator who offers an ability to distill complex issues into concise and essential components. Alex represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases, such as antitrust matters, construction disputes, wrongful death suits, and product liability actions. He also represents land developers in both regulatory and litigation matters involving private entities and municipalities. Alex has experience in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution.
Alex worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2020 and 2021. During law school, he was on the Editorial Board for the Virginia Journal of International Law and was a Legal Writing (Dillard) Fellow, mentoring new students to navigate the Legal Research and Writing course at The University of Virginia School of Law. While at The University of Oklahoma, Alex served as a volunteer to help rebuild homes for tornado victims.
