Biography

Allie LeVan is in the Finance & Banking section of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. She primarily advises lenders in financing transactions secured by real property, including multifamily, industrial, office, senior housing, and retail projects. Her practice includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating loan originations, workouts, and modifications. She has also represented purchasers and sellers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real property.
