Biography
Amy Pollard is a Corporate & Securities attorney with extensive expertise in guiding clients through a wide variety of business transactions, including joint ventures, asset and equity acquisitions, venture capital financings, private placements of debt and equity securities, recapitalizations, entity formation and governance, and general corporate matters.
Amy represents clients in diverse corporate transactions spanning a variety of industries, including real estate, financial services, consumer products, technology, manufacturing, business services, entertainment, professional services and construction. She also represents private equity sources in the structuring and drafting of real estate joint ventures for the acquisition and development of commercial real estate.
Amy previously served as Associate General Counsel for a publicly traded company in the consumer fashion accessory industry. Her in-house experience provides her with a practical understanding of client needs and priorities and how outside counsel can provide meaningful support to a client’s success.
