Biography
Amy Pollard is a Corporate & Securities attorney with extensive expertise in guiding clients through real estate joint ventures, asset and stock acquisitions of privately held companies, private placements of securities, and handling general corporate matters. In addition, she has experience in federal and state securities regulation.
Amy specializes in representing clients in diverse corporate and commercial real estate transactions, including representing private equity sources in the structuring and drafting of real estate joint ventures for the acquisition and development of commercial real estate.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Amy practiced at a Dallas boutique law firm, focusing on commercial real estate and corporate and securities. Additionally, she previously served as Associate General Counsel for a publicly traded company in the consumer fashion accessory industry.
